Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Centralia, Washington. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide evidence-based treatment to patients, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
