Position Summary: As an Order Filler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate handling of materials to meet customer and business expectations. We value hard work and dedication, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately store, pick, package, and ship products while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Operate forklifts and other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Fill customer orders and deliver them to designated staging areas.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled.
  • Verify that outbound orders meet customer specifications regarding quantity, quality, packaging, labeling, and addressing.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a valid forklift operator's license.
  • Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write clearly.
  • Strong emphasis on following directions and maintaining safety standards.
  • Responsible work habits and familiarity with warehouse systems are essential.
  • Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
