We are now seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced beauty industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of campaigns, events, and promotions to ensure brand integrity. A strong understanding of social media platforms and event planning is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with our target audience.
  • Co-coordinate events and activations to promote our brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and/or events coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
