Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing tax advice to multinational enterprises on cross-border transactions and other business decisions.
- Help prepare international tax elements of the tax provision calculation for clients' financial statements and international tax elements of U.S. federal income tax returns.
- Support KPMG audit teams with their audit of financial statements, including consideration of tax implications arising from global operations and transactions.
- Develop capabilities in key technologies that enable tax professionals for client service delivery, such as artificial intelligence (AI), Alteryx, Power BI, and more.
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as JD or LLM in Taxation.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Interest and exposure to a broad range of U.S. international and domestic tax law provisions.
- Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and research skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
