Job Title: Respiratory Therapist RRT

At Odessa Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cardiopulmonary care services to our patients.

About the Position:

Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Therapy, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies, and procedures. Your duties will include:

  • Providing cardiopulmonary care services to patients of all ages, from neonate to adult
  • Participating in performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current TMB Respiratory Therapist Licensure
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy
  • Current NPR Certifications, if working in the NICU
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS, and PALs
  • Current Stable Certification for NICU, if working in NICU
