Overview:
Dollar General is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
