Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
