Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, regular reports, and observations of resident conditions
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $20-$32
- Customized pay periods (weekly or daily)
