Personal Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, leveraging a defined sales process to identify and address customer needs.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, leveraging product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

• 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.
