The Container Store Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with merchandise processing, including unloading trucks, lifting boxes, and merchandising products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail sales experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
