About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Therapist to join our team at Epic Special Education Staffing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your unique experience and expertise to school-based special education as your singular focus.

Job Overview

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district to fill a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position for the upcoming school year. As a BCBA, you will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans that promote positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions to support students with severe behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to design and implement academic and behavioral programs
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans to address challenging behaviors
  • Analyze data to inform program development and make data-driven decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • At least one year of verifiable professional experience as a BCBA within the last three years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making

Location and Schedule
