We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Tele Unit team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to assigned patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in cardiac telehealth or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
