We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Tele Unit team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities- Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
