As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Lead Restoration Specialist embodies the company’s commitment to customer service. This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and executing project tasks to meet service requirements and ensure a positive experience for clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through feedback and reviews.
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration team members and supervise their work.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of job files to support services rendered.
- Manage labor and materials used on assigned projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with the restoration production manager and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Safeguard and properly utilize equipment and materials.
- Mentor and train restoration team members.
Position Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (salary based on experience).
- IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis.
Skills and Physical Demands
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Proficient in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects.
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
