Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Manager to join our Hotels.com team at Expedia Group. This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing business results for Hotels.com, one of the largest brands in our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable execution for successful outcomes
  • Create recommendations to optimize cross-channel investment strategy to align profitability with growth and marketplace needs
  • Monitor P&L performance and partner with the Sr Director on recommendations to drive performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or MBA preferred; or equivalent in related professional experience
  • 8+ years of business management, ecommerce, strategy, and P&L management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to solutions, with a proven track record of tackling complex problems and driving execution to the finish line
  • Motivated by goal achievement and continuous improvement, with enthusiasm and a desire to motivate and inspire the team and wider organization
  • Curious and passionate, with a desire to continuously learn and understand business operations and the levers that drive profitable growth
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total cash range for this position, with the potential to increase pay up to $248,000 based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance.
