Therapy Program Director

The Therapy Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of therapy programs and protocols that align with the facility's mission, goals, and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement therapy programs and protocols that meet the needs of patients and align with the facility's mission and goals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget, to support the successful delivery of therapy services.
- Training and Development: Organize and facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for therapy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Outcomes Analysis: Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Education: Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy, or Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state licensure in respective discipline. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
