Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate educational goals and teaching methods that achieve program objectives and client outcomes
  • Collaborate with staff to identify barriers to achievement of client objectives and create action plans to overcome them
  • Use an instructional approach rooted in andragogy to facilitate client learning
  • Assist with the facilitation of new employee and client onboarding and training
  • Design and administer regular assessments to determine client needs, interests, preferences, learning styles, skill levels, and progress

Requirements:

  • Background in education or hands-on technical experience
  • Passion for empowering underrepresented groups to transform their careers
  • Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively explain technical information and challenging concepts
  • Ability to work seated in front of a computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to successfully pass background check
