Job Summary

This position performs a wide range of laboratory procedures, including specimen processing, testing, and result reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory science and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
  • Perform quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process patient specimens and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to develop and implement new procedures and protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science or related field
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
  • 1 year of laboratory experience, with a focus on clinical laboratory procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule

Full-time position, with a 2PM - 10:30PM schedule
