We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Professional to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
As a Medical Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation.
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness and confidentiality.
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
- Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and quality of product.
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Superior customer service standards.
- Interest in making a difference in the world.
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
