We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team in Jim Thorpe, PA.

Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers and other educational staff in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special needs in their academic and social growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' academic and social development.
The estimated salary for this position is $22-$25 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
