• Represent purchasing interests in cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with company goals
• Ensure compliance with project requirements in the supply chain to maintain efficiency and quality
• Analyze procurement markets for the assigned purchasing area to identify opportunities and challenges
• Establish, support, and further develop suppliers to build strong relationships and improve performance
• Clarify delivery problems, bottlenecks, and technical issues to resolve them promptly
• Obtain and evaluate offers to select the best suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Develop decisions for the inclusion of new suppliers to expand the company's network
• Evaluate suppliers in terms of delivery capability, price, quality, and reliability to ensure they meet company standards
• Conduct negotiations during contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
• Ensure supplier integration into project processes to streamline operations and improve collaboration

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, electronics, or similar qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent knowledge of the ERP system Infor LN and MS Office applications
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Very good technical and economic understanding, with a confident and assertive approach
• Independent and structured way of working, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
