Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Specialist to join our team at Titan Industries. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for representing our interests in cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance with project requirements in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing Purchasing Interests: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure purchasing interests are represented and aligned with project objectives.
- Supply Chain Compliance: Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations in the supply chain, including analysis of procurement markets and supplier evaluation.
- Supplier Development: Establish, support, and develop relationships with suppliers to meet project needs.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve delivery problems, bottlenecks, and technical issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Conduct negotiations with suppliers and evaluate offers to ensure best value for Titan Industries.
- Supplier Integration: Ensure seamless integration of suppliers into project processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office applications, and fluent in German and English.
- Personal Qualities: Strong technical and economic understanding, confident appearance, and assertiveness, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
