Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to work in a world-class cardiovascular program and contribute to the growth of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the heart failure program with expertise in cardiac surgery or CVICU experience
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies in cardiology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing and certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in acute care settings, preferably in cardiology
- Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
