Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise production activities to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Train and develop production staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Applicable industry certification preferred
