Job Description

Futurex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and account management services to our Tier-1 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical guidance and support to key customer accounts, ensuring their technical needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Tier-1 accounts to ensure continued support and customer satisfaction, driving growth and expansion of our customer base.
  • Project Management: Help develop customer IT environments and provide project management services for custom initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Metrics and Reporting: Track ongoing projects, detail service metrics, and drive new technical discussions to continuously improve our services.
  • Training and Education: Train customers on the Futurex product line and data security best practices, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Understand industry-specific APIs and protocols used when interfacing with external systems, ensuring seamless integration and support.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate account status with both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the technical support, sales, and product teams to support and build the overall account footprint.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in a sales and/or technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience managing multiple projects, and a motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with enterprise data encryption technology, experience with multiple architectures and platforms, and experience with Linux, OpenSSL, scripting, and TCP/IP networking.
