**Management Trainee Program**

The Management Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position in the management career path. The trainee will be responsible for learning total store operations, with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a manager position. Within the first 6-12 months, you can be promoted (based on performance and position availability), which can lead to up to a 40% increase in annual pay. Trainees are typically promoted to General Managers within three to four years.

**Responsibilities**

* Sales in a retail environment
* Freight handling and forklift training, certification, and operation
* Creating material estimates from blueprints
* Maintaining and merchandising store inventory

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Ability to interpret and analyze common financial reports
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
