Management Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning total store operations and working towards a management position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning total store operations
  • Developing sales and customer service skills
  • Assisting with inventory management and merchandising
  • Operating forklifts and freight handling equipment
  • Creating material estimates from blueprints
  • Maintaining and merchandising store inventory
  • Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
  • Reading blueprints and creating material lists
  • Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
