Apprentice Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Service Technician to join our team at Rite-Hite. As an apprentice, you will work closely with a senior technician to learn our products, customers, and develop the skills needed to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
- Act as a technical resource for customers and sales force.
- Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
- Develop strong customer service skills and provide excellent support to customers.
- Meet safety and quality standards while working at heights and lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Previous mechanical or electrical experience is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Good customer service skills and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
