Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding Sales Manager opportunity in the Houston, TX market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new accounts, and maintaining existing business relationships.

You will work closely with the VP/GM and President to execute sales strategies and leverage a dedicated sales team and customer support.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Managers to drive new business and grow existing accounts
  • Achieve or exceed planned sales levels for all products and services within targeted markets and accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of the entire product line, product changes, and selling strategies
  • Sell products to business and industrial establishments or individuals
  • Develop strategy and tactics to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets
  • Establish annual sales projections by product and recommend sales programs to reach sales projections
