Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with customers and employees.
  3. Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures, and deployment procedures.
  4. Ability to master cash control and ensure adherence to quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality guidelines.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and profit and loss management.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  7. Good hearing and vision to effectively communicate with customers and employees, as well as operate kitchen equipment safely.
  8. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift time.
  9. Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.

Training and Development:

Our Restaurant Operations Manager will receive comprehensive training to gain job knowledge and skills, typically requiring eight to eighteen months. This role will be performed under general supervision, with continuous customer and employee contacts.

Working Conditions:

Work area temperature may be extreme, and noise levels may be high at times. There may be periods where work is performed without food or drink during busy times.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Assist in the hiring, training, and review of employee performance.
  2. Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for submission to the home office.
  3. Administer the ACT program.
  4. Prepare customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
  5. Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
