As a Medical Laboratory Scientist on our night shift team, you'll play a critical role in processing high-complexity testing and helping patients receive a timely diagnosis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform waived and non-waived tests in an accurate and timely manner with supervision
* Assist with department compliance with laboratory accrediting agencies and regulatory requirements
* Collect, receive, and process biological specimens into the laboratory

**Requirements:**

* Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
* Bachelor's degree in chemical or biological science (transcripts will be reviewed to determine eligibility)
* Equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, HEW, AAB)
* Basic knowledge of specimen requirements and medical terminology
* Previous experience with phlebotomy and processing
