About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will lead our NYC Health Equity Collaborative, working with community-based organizations, public health agencies, and multi-stakeholder coalitions to drive impactful healthcare improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare improvement, project management, and team leadership, with experience working in equity and health care improvement. You will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Seven to ten years' experience working in a team within a complex, professional environment.
  • Three to five years' experience leading teams of professionals.
  • Prior health care improvement (or other relevant) project leadership experience.
