Job Title: Shuttle Driver

At SP+, we are driven by our promise to make every moment matter for a world on the go. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of bus interiors
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers
  • Be punctual and presentable, adhering to company uniform standards
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain an acceptable DMV record
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing customers to the Facility Manager as needed
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager
  • Communicate with the garage office regarding debris, water, oil spills, and other issues
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including substituting for cashiers or valets
Requirements:
  • Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic arithmetic operations
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands to handle cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may be required. Lifting and moving up to 75 pounds may be necessary.
