NMC Health is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for a pivotal role in patient registration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process for patients, verifying essential information, and addressing any discrepancies in patient or insurance details.

Position Details:

Shift: Full-time Mid Shift

Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with every other weekend from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently check in patients while maintaining accuracy.
  • Investigate and rectify missing or incorrect patient and insurance information.
  • Clearly communicate payment collection policies for services rendered.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
