Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Administrator to join our team at Harco Fittings LLC in Janesville, WI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties, maintaining records, and providing exceptional support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including spreadsheets, reports, and vendor files.
  • Coordinate the orientation of new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, employee communications, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, digital literacy, and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
