Are you looking for a stable and predictable truck driving job with a high volume of freight? Schneider's Regional Van Truckload driver position may be the perfect fit for you.

As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will enjoy:

  • Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
  • Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime.
  • Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
  • 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
  • Pick your schedule with two consecutive days off.
  • Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Our Regional Van Truckload drivers also enjoy:

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
