About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join our team at Ocala Oaks Rehabilitation Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents and patients with temporary or long-term physical disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing. You will apply the therapeutic properties of exercise, heat, ultrasound, massage, and other forms of treatment to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat residents and patients with physical disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to residents and patients on proper techniques and exercises
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state
  • One year of clinical experience preferred

Ocala Oaks Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our center features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, and a rehabilitation gym with 7-day per week therapy.
