Technical Source is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to join our client in the Raleigh-Durham, NC region. This role is essential for the development and execution of routine preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to operate autonomously while managing the daily functions of the facility, encompassing utilities, production areas, laboratories, and all related equipment.
Core Responsibilities- Formulate and assess maintenance and electrical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, job plans, risk assessments, and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all equipment maintenance and repairs in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct both preventative and corrective maintenance on central utility systems and clean utility systems.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining facility support systems and equipment under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Possession of a current Electrical License is typically required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
