About the Role

Soliant Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SLP in providing speech and language therapy to students.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining detailed records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SLP to support student learning.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment for students to enhance their communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
  • Valid SLPA license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
