  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
