Responsibilities

  • Report patient status, updates, and discharge planning processes to clinical leadership and attending physicians
  • Perform annual on-site visits to observe and assess hospice aide staff
  • Attend staff meetings and educational in-services as needed
Qualifications
  • A current, unencumbered State Professional Nurse License
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work in a field setting and make sound nursing judgments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
