Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Operations Program Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess current and future operational requirements, enhancing processes across all business areas.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dynamic dashboards to provide insights into business operations.
  • Analyze workflows to develop new processes and refine existing ones.
  • Estimate labor, material, and equipment needs for onboarding new customers and improving processes.
  • Address and resolve warehouse challenges promptly to minimize operational delays.
  • Propose effective solutions to lower production costs while enhancing process efficiency and product quality.
  • Work closely with the IT department to develop reporting tools that align with operational changes.
  • Utilize Master Standard Data and time studies to establish best practices for production, fulfillment, and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, and layouts as necessary.

Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management within supply chain operations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, VSM, etc.).
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various functions.
  • A proven track record of driving operational excellence through standardization and optimization.
  • High proficiency in statistical analysis and the ability to create forecasting models for labor planning.
  • Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in Excel, ERP, and SQL.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
