Rogers Group, a leading aggregates and asphalt highway construction company, is seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team in Madison, TN. As a key member of our road construction and highway paving crews, you will be responsible for operating pavers with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Pavers Safely and Effectively: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of pavers, adhering to company policies and OSHA/MSHA/Environmental regulations.
  • Perform Daily Inspections: Conduct daily pre-and post-inspections of equipment, documenting any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Experience in Asphalt Paving: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an asphalt paving operation, with a focus on road construction and highway paving.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a team environment, assist co-workers, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, tolerate loud noises, and meet the physical demands of the role.
