Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Alamance Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians with minimally invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minimally invasive exams using established protocols to minimize radiation dose and ensure accurate imaging.
  • Operate and maintain specialized interventional radiology equipment, adhering to safety protocols and performing regular maintenance checks.
  • Assist radiologists and medical staff during procedures, providing real-time imaging support to aid in accurate device placement and therapeutic interventions.
  • Complete exams and documentation in Computerized Health Information (CHL) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), accurately identifying charges and addressing errors for a seamless workflow.
  • Assist with patient transport and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging or related educational program.
  • ARRT (R) Radiologic Technologist - Dx and/or RCIS Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification.
  • BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare certification.
