POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Executive Chef to design outstanding menus, guarantee flawless kitchen operations, and guide our culinary staff. This role presents an opportunity to showcase your culinary innovation, enthusiasm, and leadership abilities while exploring new ingredients, enhancing dining experiences, and contributing to our esteemed culinary legacy. You will be responsible for all facets of kitchen efficiency, including menu creation, inventory oversight, kitchen administration, food preparation, and customer engagement.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Menu Creation: Partner with the Executive Chef to develop creative and seasonal menus, focusing on maintaining food costs and control while integrating guest feedback and culinary trends.

Kitchen Administration: Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and consistency.

Team Development: Educate, mentor, and lead kitchen personnel, cultivating a positive and productive work environment while encouraging professional advancement.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, procure supplies, and liaise with vendors to guarantee the kitchen is supplied with fresh, premium ingredients.

Quality Assurance and Safety: Uphold stringent standards for food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring adherence to health regulations and company protocols.
