Frost Bank is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Experience Champion, you will be responsible for reviewing all policies and policy changes received from insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify policy information for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients
- Process policy alterations with insurance carriers to fulfill change requests received from clients
- Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients to ensure thorough record-keeping and communication
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested by customers
- Follow up on billing notices and non-payments received from Account Managers to minimize risk of customer defaults
- Assist Account Managers in preparation of account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity
- Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office computer applications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
