About the Job

KurzSolutions is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide intensive mental health social work services to individuals and families, working closely with our clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited school of social work
  • Full, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the State of California
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience providing mental health services, working with veterans, and coordinating with the VA for veteran care
