Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at The Children's Clinic. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social services, including psychosocial evaluations, treatment, advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to community services. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of adult and pediatric patients with complex social, financial, cultural, and psychological issues.
  • Provide short-term counseling services in multiple modalities, including in-person, telephonic, and video.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with Behavioral Health, Medical, and Administrative staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain knowledge of community services available in the area and attend community meetings as needed.
  • Stay current in the field by attending seminars, continuing education courses, and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Active registration or license with Board of Behavioral Sciences ACSW/AMFT/LCSW/LMFT Registration in good standing.
  • Earning clinical hours towards licensure as an LCSW or LMFT.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a team member in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning, critical thinking, negotiation, and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
  • Preferred Bilingual in Spanish or Khmer.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $68,000 - $95,000 per year.
