The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a print shop environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of finished products, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate binding and finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, creasers, tabbers, inserters, and mailing equipment
- Assure the quality of finished products, including binding, folding, and trimming
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve team goals
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in various departments and adapting to changing situations
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a print shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a maximum weight of 45 lbs
- Ability to tolerate loud noises and moving machinery (PPE provided)
- Self-motivated team player with a professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
