Job Summary:

At Nexhireplus, we are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing PET/CT medical imaging devices. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to PET/CT medical imaging devices
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications
Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance on machines
Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards
Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment
Submit field service reports timely and according to functional standards

Requirements:

Formal training and field experience in PET, CT, or a related field
High School Diploma or GED required, some college or degree preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel to various sites
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems in high-pressure environments

Work Environment:

This role operates in the field, where you will be visiting multiple sites and working with various medical imaging equipment. You will be required to frequently stand, walk, lift up to 75 Lbs., use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to follow procedures and instructions/direction, work well with others, and communicate effectively is essential for this role. Additionally, you must be willing to travel and drive distances to get to various sites within a 4-hour radius, with some travel and assignments requiring flying and overnight stays.
